سیستم هوادهی ثابت فاضلاب به دستگاهی گفته میشود که بر روی پل بتنی یا فلزی نصب شده و با ایجاد تلاطم در فاضلاب باعث تماس بیشتر آنها با هوا شده که در نهایت منجر به انتقال اکسیژن به فاضلاب میشود. ورود اکسیژن به فاضلاب باعث میشود باکتری های هوازی در لجن فعال تغذیه شده و در نهایت منجر به بهبود در فرآیند تصفیه خواهد شد.

A surface fixed aeration system refers to equipment installed on a concrete or metal bridge that creates turbulence in the wastewater, increasing its contact with air, and ultimately leading to oxygen transfer into the wastewater. The introduction of oxygen enables aerobic bacteria in the activated sludge to feed, thereby improving the treatment process.

Operation of Surface Fixed Aeration System

In the design and production of surface fixed aerators, unlike floating types, there is no conical pipe for transferring wastewater upwards and
spraying it in a wide radius. This device employs an electric motor to rotate a turbine and its blades within the wastewater. The immersion and rotation of the blades create turbulence in the fluid, facilitating contact with air. This air contact leads to oxygen being introduced into the treatment plant, achieving aeration. The surface fixed aeration system can be an excellent choice for generating turbulence at the initial fluid inlet channel of a treatment plant and in aquatic holding ponds.
